Certified Payroll Work Group (HB569/SB 518)

DOLI is convening a Certified Payroll Work Group pursuant to HB 569/SB 518 (2026) to examine the feasibility of a certified payroll reporting portal and database under Virginia’s prevailing wage law. The meetings will be held virtually on September 3, 2026 and September 22, 2026. Members of the public will have an opportunity to comment at the end of each meeting.
